Workshop

This calming yoga class offers the opportunity to end the day with peace and relaxation, preparing the entire body and mind for a restful night's sleep through gentle movements, deep breathing and relaxation techniques.

All levels are welcome, general fitness is required.

Unfortunately, there are no changing rooms or shower facilities. Sanitary toilet facilities are available.
