Workshop

This postnatal yoga class provides an opportunity to start the day gently. The class not only offers time together and helps build the mother-child bond, but also helps the body regain strength.

All levels are welcome. Please consult your doctor or physiotherapist to ensure that participating in this class is safe for you and your baby.

Unfortunately, there are no changing rooms or shower facilities. Sanitary toilet facilities are available.
