Cuban Salsa dance description
Cuban Salsa is not just a dance, it is a way of seeing life with festivity.
The Cuban Salsa is danced in pairs, but it can also be danced alone or practiced with several couples in a circle, called the Rueda de Casino, which will make you change partners.
It is a game between the dancer and her dancer, but also between dancers in general: each must prove that he is the best on a track.
Cuban Salsa is a clever mix of several dance styles, such as Rumba, Cha Cha Cha, Mambo, Son...
It has its origins in a fusion of African and Spanish cultures.
This dance, very rhythmic and festive, allows you to maintain and soften the body thanks to its sequences of figures, while sharing emotions with your partner.
Its learning is instinctive and we quickly take a lot of pleasure.
