Description
In Ettelbrück, at Haff Ditgesbaach, a short circular route invites you to playfully discover the regionally typical cultural landscape of the "Cactus Bongert".
The 3 km long nature adventure trail leads through a varied environment with hedges, orchards, small streams and an old limestone quarry. Ten educational stations, many of them interactive, convey the importance of these habitats for humans and nature.
A special highlight is the viewing platform in an old apple tree. Accompanied by comic figures such as Yuppi and the bee Amelie, the path is especially suitable for families.
All information boards are available in five languages. The circular route is publicly accessible and ideal for a short green break.
