No special equipment is required - apart from a yoga mat. We simply recommend wearing comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely.
Biography
Julien Beladina will guide you through each session. After leaving the corporate world, he completed immersive yoga trainings in Portugal and India, developing a holistic practice that combines Ashtanga, Hatha, Yin with the healing principles of Ayurveda. His approach focuses on restoring balance, cultivating self-awareness and promoting long-term well-being. Julien welcomes both beginners and experienced practitioners, creating an inclusive and accessible environment where everyone can move, breathe and progress at their own rhythm.
