Discover Mudam at a slower pace.

On this guided meditation tour, an experienced yogi will lead you through the galleries, inviting you to slow down, breathe and engage with the artworks in a more mindful way. Through simple breathing and observation exercises, you will have the chance to contemplate the exhibitions and connect with both the surrounding space and yourself.

No special equipment is required apart from a yoga mat. We simply recommend wearing comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely.

Biography:

Julien will guide you through each session. After leaving the corporate world, he completed immersive yoga training in Portugal and India, developing a holistic practice that combines Ashtanga, Hatha, Yin with the healing principles of Ayurveda. His approach focuses on restoring balance, cultivating self-awareness and promoting long-term well-being. Julien welcomes both beginners and experienced practitioners, creating an inclusive and accessible environment where everyone can move, breathe and progress at their own rhythm. For this series, he collaborates with Sportunity, a Luxembourg-based charity committed to turning sports and movement accessible to all.
