Large vicus on the Roman road

Large vicus (whose origins date back to about 1st century BC) on the Roman road from Trier to Metz, constituted by many dwellings and public buildings and temples, the ruins of a Gallo-Roman theater have been found. Excavations have been under way since 1977.
