The #1 rule of this class: Listen to your body and forget about competing with your neighbor. Olesia created this class so that everyone can practice at their own comfortable pace. Every movement is adaptable, and we progress step by step—from simple to more challenging variations.
How does it work? Each pose comes with different levels of difficulty. You choose the option that feels right for you on that particular day.

For beginners: We build a safe foundation, learn mindful breathing, gently stretch the spine, and release tension.
For intermediate practitioners: Once you feel stable in the basic pose, you can explore deeper stretches, strength holds, and playful balance challenges.
What can you expect?
Gentle warm-up - to awaken your joints and muscles.
Main flow (Hatha / Vinyasa) - Smooth, mindful movement with both “Light” and “Pro” options for every pose.
Balance & Core - A little strength work to build a strong and stable body.
Savasana - Ten minutes of pure, well-deserved peace in a comfortable horizontal position.
The class is conducted in English, with support in Russian when needed. Don't worry if you don't speak either language—the class is designed so that everyone can easily follow along.
