KESHAVARA »Moondram Sevi«

KESHAVARA prefer to find their coordinates in the shimmer rather than on the map:somewhere between Cologne and South India, between Kraut pop, psychedelic soundtracks and an adventurous patois of English, German, Tamil and gibberish.

‍

On»Moondram Sevi«,the fourth album by the band around German-Indian musician Keshav Purushotham with Niklas Schneider, Benedikt Filleböck and Christopher Martin, this in-between realm opens up even further. The title, Tamil for »third ear«,leads to a place where memory, fantasy and a few misunderstood film scenes begin toblur.
