Description
The Derenbach auto-pedestrian trail leads you over fields and through forests around the idyllic village of the same name.
The starting point of the Derenbach auto-pedestrian trail is the church located in the village center, a Baroque building from the 18th century. The hiking trail initially runs over fields, first to the west, then towards the south, to reach the Bierg, a small hill.
Then you return to the village to leave it quickly again. Passing the impressive water tower, the path goes into the forest up to the Kirelbaach. Now the path follows the little stream to its source before leading back to the starting point of the hike.
