Camões – Portuguese Cultural Centre – Luxembourg presents "Teatro do Obscuro", a solo exhibition by Portuguese visual artist Miguel Ângelo Marques.
Drawing inspiration from the legacy of the "Theatre of the Absurd", the artist invites visitors to reflect critically and satirically on contemporary society. In his works, chaos, social crises, power dynamics and individual disorientation take shape in a world where tragedy and comedy intertwine, blending irony with unease.
Through expressive figurative imagery and a vibrant colour palette, Miguel Ângelo Marques creates compositions that encourage viewers to question and reinterpret the reality around them.
The exhibition will be on display until 15 January 2027.
