Óscar Navarro (Novelda, Alicante) is a renowned composer and conductor whose music is performed on prestigious stages worldwide, including Teatro La Scala in Milan, Carnegie Hall in New York, Musikverein in Vienna, and Spain’s National Auditorium. A clarinet graduate with top honors from the Óscar Esplá Conservatory in Alicante, he later specialized in film and TV scoring at the University of Southern California (USC) in Los Angeles, studying under prominent industry professionals.

His compositions have been performed by orchestras such as The Cleveland Orchestra, BBC Philharmonic Orchestra, Tchaikovsky Symphony Orchestra, National Orchestra of Spain, and Midland-Odessa Symphony Orchestra, among others, covering both symphonic and wind band repertoires.

Óscar Navarro will be at the Artikuss to conduct the Military Band of Luxembourg in some of his own works. Soloist is the renown violinist: Mrs. Pilar Rubio Albala.
