ASTRONOMY: Observing & Understanding Eclipses
On Wednesday, August 12, an eclipse will be visible in Luxembourg (starting at 7:00 PM)! To celebrate, we invite you to join us in Differdange for 3 days entirely dedicated to the topic of ECLIPSES (From Tuesday, August 11 to Thursday, August 13, open from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM).
Dive into the heart of the cosmos' mysteries! An eclipse is much more than a simple astronomical phenomenon: it is a fascinating spectacle where light and shadow meet to reveal the secrets of the Universe.
How are they formed? Why aren't they visible everywhere? And above all, how can you observe them safely? Discover how eclipses have marked history, inspired civilizations, and driven scientists to better understand our place in the Universe.

- SUN OBSERVATION: Weather permitting, you will be able to observe the sun. Please note: We will not be observing the eclipse on site, as it will take place starting at 7:00 PM (after our closing hours).
