Yoga under the Stars

Where? Boulevard Pierre Dupong, L-1430 LUXEMBOURG Sport, Health, Training/Conferences

A gentle Vinyasa yoga practice, meditation and contemplative stargazing into one seamless experience, moving naturally from the body and breath to the quiet wonder of the night sky.

Breath & Gaze is a journey in which each phase prepares the body and mind for the next, moving from gentle Vinyasa yoga to meditative stillness and, finally, a renewed connection with the night sky.

The meditation does not end when the stargazing begins.. The group remains unhurried and attentive, allowing darkness, silence and the scale of the sky to become part of the practice.
