Course with 5 sessions

Introduce your little one to the world of mindfulness, movement, and play!

.

This class is designed specifically for toddlers (typically ages 18 months to 3 years) and their caregivers to explore the foundations of yoga in a fun, high-energy environment.

What to Expect:

.

  • Toddler yoga is all about active engagement. We swap rigid poses for imaginative play, turning traditional asanas into animal shapes, nature stories, and rhythmic games.
  • Storytelling Yoga: We bark like dogs, stretch like giraffes, and hiss like cobras to build a connection between body and mind.
  • Sensory Play: We use bubbles, scarves, and music to keep tiny toes moving and eyes focused.
  • Social Connection: A great way for your child to interact with peers while you connect with other parents.
