Taster: Morning Yoga

Workshop

This one-hour yoga class offers the opportunity to start the day with vitality and concentration, awakening the entire body and mind through dynamic movements.

There is the option to finish the class at 8:45 or participate in a final meditation until 9:00.

All levels are welcome, general fitness is required.

Unfortunately, there are no changing rooms or shower facilities. Sanitary toilet facilities are available.

She integrates yoga, qigong, and seasonal awareness into her teaching, creating classes that honor the body's natural rhythms and support holistic well-being.
