Energy accounting - Neurodiversity-Affirming Stress management and burnout prevention

Stress and exhaustion pose significant challenges to quality of life and overall well-being. For autistic people, these challenges may be particularly linked to navigating a world that is not sufficiently designed to meet their needs.

In her talk, Maja will introduce the Energy Accounting method, a structured approach that can be adapted to all neurotypes.. She will also present practical tools to help participants better manage their energy resources and reduce stress.
