Two routes carry the 'Leading Quality Trails – Best of Europe' label: the Mullerthal Trail through surreal rock formations and mossy gorges in Luxembourg's Little Switzerland, and the Escapardenne Lee and Éislek Trail, linking the Luxembourgish and Belgian Ardennes across vast forests and sweeping plateaus. The northern Éislek region goes even further, recognised as Europe's first 'Leading Quality Region – Best of Europe' – a mark of the all-round experience it delivers. Beyond these highlights, more than 150 circular routes spread across all five regions, Comfort Trails welcome hikers of all abilities, and the Dream Loops along the Moselle River wind through the country's most picturesque vineyards.
From the centrally located capital, every region is easy to reach – also by public transport, which is completely free throughout the Grand Duchy.
