From fruit to spirit: experience Luxembourg’s traditional distilling craft during a group tour and tasting at the Clos du Fourschenhaff distillery.
Since 1980, the Clos du Fourschenhaff has embodied Luxembourg’s long-standing distilling tradition. In the country’s northernmost distillery, every step is still carried out with care and passion – from the orchard to the final drop in the glass. The fruit ripens mainly in local orchards, before it is hand-crafted into high-quality schnapps, gin and absinthe.
During the one-hour guided tour, you’ll gain fascinating insights into each stage of production. The master distiller personally leads visitors through the facility, explaining the transformation from fruit to spirit and sharing stories, anecdotes and expert knowledge. Next to the copper stills, a rustic wooden bar invites you to relax and sample four selected products – a moment of genuine exchange between host and guests.
