As part of the exhibition Et leeft., we are offering four yoga workshops – held in English, open to everyone, and no prior experience required.
Dates & Themes:.
> 25.06 – Menarche (dynamic)
> 02.07 – Menstrual phase (dynamic)
> 09.07 – Perimenopause (gentle)
> 16.07 – Menopause and postmenopause (gentle and restorative)
Each session combines movement with a selected part of the exhibition.
> Preferred arrival time: 18:15
> Please bring: a yoga mat
> Please wear: comfortable clothing, no changing rooms available
Valérie, better known as Mettā Yoga Luxembourg, is trained in Vinyasa, Thai Yoga Massage and Yoga Nidra, with a deep love for the slow, introspective practice of Yin Yoga. Recognising how diverse people are, she’s inspired to teach yoga with a functional approach, adapting her practice to the needs of every student. To cultivate mettā (loving kindness), she incorporates storytelling into her Yin and Yoga Nidra classes.
