Traditional Songs, Freshly Arranged – for Choir and Band
Tradition meets a fresh new sound: the Lëtzebuerger Lidderchouer (Song choir)and the Lidderchouer Band bring beloved traditional songs to life with new arrangements.
.
To celebrate the Day of the Luxembourgish Language, the Luxembourgish Lidderchouer delved into its musical archives and rediscovered a collection of wonderful hidden gems. The result is a heartfelt tribute to Luxembourg, its people, the vehicles of bygone days, and, of course, its local culinary specialties.
Join the choir on a nostalgic journey as Jangli takes you up the Howald hill, before hopping aboard the last tram, where singing and dancing fill the air. Along the way, the ladies of the Sichegaass make their voices heard, while good food, fine drinks, and cheerful company create the perfect atmosphere.
.
A celebration of friendship, music, and Luxembourgish heritage, this lively programme offers something for everyone.
