Come experience the secret of this versatile and particularly light and fresh beer during a guided tour of the brewery or during a brewing seminar in the exhibition brewery Heischter while becoming acquainted with terms such as Darr temperature, mashing, lautering, cooking, seasoning and fermentation. The local butcher will cater for an appropriate basis: hearty and delicious from regional, species- and environmentally appropriate animal husbandry.
Or why not brew your very own beer? Quite to your liking: f.ex. a green hop-, Middle Age- or your own anniversary beer? You like to experiment? How about a hop stuffed Indian pale or a nut brown ale? Our master brewer Stephan is looking forward to hear your creative ideas. The only thing left to do for you and your friends is to drink.

Wednesdays from 5pm: Guided Tours (approx. 70m min) (Registration and Information: +352 621 414 608)
Fridays from 5pm-11.30pm: Brewing seminar and dinner
Saturday from 9am to 15.30pm: Brewing seminar and lunch (minimum attendance 10, maximum 25)
Every first Thursday of the month: International beer tasting at 6.30pm
How much does it cost?
45 € per person including a hearty meal (children get 50% off)
