Explore the fascinating underground world of the former slate miners down to 42 metres and over 370 steps. Experience history up close and discover the harsh conditions in which the miners once worked.After the two-hour guided tour, watch a demonstration showing how a block of slate is transformed into fine roofing slate. Then cut, engrave, and personalize your own slate - a unique keepsake to take home.
