Ever since publishing their own Wimmelbuch, the Rotondes team has developed a soft spot for these wonderfully chaotic books bursting with visual surprises and hidden details. You glance at a page, spot something funny in the corner, follow it across the spread, lose the thread, double back… and suddenly you have absolutely no idea where you are or how you got there.
The Get Lost! exhibition invites the most intrepid visitors to experience exactly that feeling and wander straight into the richly detailed and coloured world of illustrator Viktoria Mladenovski – the artist behind Rotondes’ Wimmelbuch. – alongside work from a host of other artists who share her obsession with the hidden and the unexpected. Rotondes accepts no liability if you lose track of time, your bearings, or your afternoon plans.
