In this practical seminar, you will learn how generative AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude and others work, and how you can use them effectively in your day-to-day work. What to expect: Understanding: The basics of generative AI – how do these systems work and what are they really capable of? Assessing: Opportunities and limitations for your organisation – from efficiency gains to ethical and legal issues (data protection, copyright, bias) Applying: Practical exercises with specific use cases (text creation, research, process optimisation) The seminar provides practical knowledge without requiring any prior technical knowledge. You will be given tools to critically evaluate AI solutions and develop your own ideas for applying them in your field of work.
