Life on the land: the Rural and Artisanal Museum
What was life in the countryside like nearly 200 years ago? This museum is housed in an old farm built in 1840 and shows what working on a farm was like, along with many former village craftsmen’s workshops. You can also see a number of examples of agricultural machinery and furniture from the 19th century. Visitors are guided round by an audio tour. There’s a playground for children and a welcoming café-restaurant where visitors can go to enjoy some local specialities.
