Caves St Martin

If you are following Luxembourg’s Wine Route, you must visit the prestigious Caves St Martin winery just outside Remich, known as the “Pearl of the Moselle”. Take a guided tour, including wine tasting, during which you will walk to the heart of the underground tunnels – nearly a kilometre long – that have been carved into the solid limestone rock. After exploring the wine-tasting cellar and shop, you can relax on the terrace overlooking the Moselle. The Caves St Martin hosts many workshops and special events, and refreshments are available from the Pavilion Saint-Martin. Warm clothing is recommended because the temperature in the tunnels is a constant, damp 12°C.
