Victor Hugo House - Literary Museum

Victor Hugo’s home is about the artist’s life and gives an overview of his relationships with the Grand-Duchy. Particularly, Victor Hugo’s room can be visited, with the original furniture and holographic projections. Admire the original documents, the 70 panels or inform yourself in the multimedia room with informatic terminals and access the Internet. Audioguide (for free): English, French, German, Dutch.

Victor Hugo Museum: in the writer‘s footsteps

The Victor Hugo Museum gives an insight into the life and works of this influential writer who was the author, among many other works, of “The Hunchback of Notre-Dame” and “Les Misérables”. Visitors can see Victor Hugo’s room, complete with original furnishings and hologram projections that almost literally bring the writer to life. There are fascinating original artefacts to see, along with 70 information panels and a multimedia room. Free audio guides are available in German, English, French and Dutch.
