You walk out of Gilsdorf, along fields, up to the view down to the village, through the beech forest, and then you suddenly find yourself in the middle of the Schoofsbësch quarry. This hidden place, surrounded by forest, invites you to discover and linger and offers you the perfect place for a picnic before continuing the hike.
