In collaboration with Yoga am Minett, these special sessions will be guided by Zoé, a passionate yoga teacher with a deep love for connecting body, mind, and art.
Each class invites you to slow down, breathe, and be fully present in a space of beauty and reflection, guided by the exhibition A stroll through art. Drawing inspiration from the artworks on display, the sessions blend mindful movement with the themes and emotions found in the paintings. It’s a chance to experience art in a new way—through the body, the breath, and a deeper sense of awareness.
