Description
Discover Luxembourg's Little Switzerland during the Mëllerdall Tour on 2 and 3 August.
The tour through the Mullerthal region takes you along the PC2 cycle path, which runs along a former railway line, to spectacular passages through an old railway tunnel and a canyon, to the old town of Echternach. Cycle along the River Sûre along the German border and look forward to a break at the Heringer Millen, before passing the famous Schiessentümpel on the way back.
If you want to discover the Mullerthal region at your leisure with less physical effort, then choose the shorter Mëllerdall initiation tour instead.

Directions
Please follow the Vëlosummer signage.
The tour starts at the P&R near Junglinster, from where you cycle along the national cycle path PC2 along the villages of Beidweiler, Rippig and Zittig with beautiful views. Near Bech you cross a former railway tunnel, a real highlight and also very refreshing in hot weather. After cycling past Consdorf and crossing the canyon at Scheidgen, you leave the cycle path to cycle down to the abbey town of Echternach on quiet paths. From there, you cycle along the River Sûre to Grundhof, where you enter the valley of the Black Ernz. In Müllerthal, you can take a short break at the Heringer Millen and visit the mill museum. The route continues past the Schiessentümpel to Reilander Millen and then back to Junglinster.
