Salsa suelta, a solo interpretation of Cuban salsa, offers a rich and varied palette of movements, styles, and footwork.
Danced in lines, it allows dancers to express themselves freely, in sync with the music and the energy of the dance floor.

When the partner lets go of our hands, it’s the perfect moment to explore our own body expression while staying connected with the other dancers
This solo dance can be improvised in the moment or stem from a well-crafted choreography, creating moments of synchronization and cohesion within the group.
Whether it’s improvisation or choreography, the main goal of salsa suelta is to share a moment of relaxation and enjoyment, in harmony with the music and the other dancers.
The collective energy of the group is essential to create an atmosphere full of joy where everyone can let go and feel connected, experiencing unforgettable social moments that nourish the soul.
