This mural blend nature and emotion through color. The green section represents the Arboretum, a peaceful place of growth and life. The blue part symbolizes the nearby stream, bringing calm and movement. Together, they reflect Ettelbruck’s natural beauty and the connection between land and water.

Ettelbruck, the centre of the Nordstad, combines shopping, café culture and street art. The lively pedestrian zone attracts many visitors. One of the highlights of the year is the ‘Foire Agricole’ agricultural fair.

Alain Welter reimagined the façade of the Patton Museum to pay tribute to General Patton, the liberator of Ettelbruck. This work bridges historical memory and contemporary art, embedding this heritage permanently into the urban landscape.

At the bike service station, you will find a selection of tools for bicycle repairs, as well as a vending machine with spare parts.

The Belvédère Burfelt panoramic platform is just a few minutes' drive from the Belgian border. Built in 2016, it rises 70 metres above the Upper Sûre reservoir and invites you to take in the unspoilt natural surroundings.

The mural in Ettelbruck is painted in typical shades of white and blue, depicting mermaids swimming through a pattern of spirals and stars. Positioned near the river, the artwork incorporates elements connected to water in a mystical way.
