Women’s Circle: Earth Woman

We forgot how to slow down. We live in our heads, our schedules, and our to-do lists.

This circle isn’t about complicated rituals. It’s about returning to your body for three hours. It’s about finding the “Earth Woman” within — the grounded, intuitive version of you who knows exactly what she wants and doesn’t fight herself to get it.

What we will do and who will guide you:

������ Veronika SieRA — Aromatherapy, Art Therapy & Metaphorical Cards

Veronika will open our circle using the scent of the Earth to ground us. At the end of the journey, she will lead our reflection using metaphorical cards as a resource to help integrate our insights.

☕ Evgeniia — Cacao Ceremony & Ecstatic Dance

(Transformational coach, stretching & intuitive dance instructor)

We’ll set our intentions with a heart-opening Cacao Ceremony. Then, we’ll move into ecstatic dance. This isn’t about looking good or hitting the beat. It’s about releasing control, softening the body, and finding deep support through free movement.

After active movement, we transition into deep rest. Through Yoga Nidra (yogic sleep) accompanied by the healing frequencies of Tibetan bowls, your nervous system will completely reset while your consciousness rests and recovers.

Spaces are strictly limited to keep the circle intimate, so registration is required.

We won’t rush. After the circle, we will have time for tea and a connection to safely transition back into our day. You are welcome to bring a light, plant-based snack to share (think fresh fruit, nuts, or anything naturally gluten-free and refined sugar-free).
