Coronation of the wine queen, firework show on the banks of the Moselle, show band parade, folkloric procession - Grevenmacher is upside down!

No matter if you are a resident, expat or tourist, young or old, in Grevenmacheryou will have a good time! Throughout the whole weekend, national and international music groups provide a cheerful atmosphere in the streets of the Moselle metropolis. 3 days of joie de vivre guaranteed! Every September the “Gréiwemaacher Drauwen- a Wäifest” (Grape and Wine Festival) attracts thousands of visitors to the Moselle city. Among those the “Lëtzebuerger Wäikinnigin” (Luxembourg’s Wine Queen) and her princesses! Ask her for a selfie, you will not be disappointed! During the folkloric parade “Kondschafter on Tour”, in which the Wine Queen and Bacchus himself participate, music groups from different countries and dozens of richly decorated carriages make the event unforgettable. Cheer with your new friends with the “Cuvée de la Reine” (Queen's wine) and enjoy the wines and Crémants from Luxembourg.
