Joseph Pilates’ story is fascinating and his practice, Contrology (the original name that Joseph Pilates named his practice), inspired Ioanna to become a Certified Pilates Teacher. She teaches classic mat with Elastic Bands, Soft Ball, Magic Ring and Foam Rollers.
