The idea of the Nuit du Sport is to give young and older people the opportunity to discover new sports disciplines and to foster enjoyment in physical and sporting activity, as well as in a healthy lifestyle. Beyond that, it is also a platform for visibility and promotion for the participating associations and an opportunity to recruit new members.
