Luxembourg Rugby Ladies Day

Rugby Ladies Day serves as a key moment to highlight inclusivity, diversity, and gender equality in sport. According to the organizers, the event offers a welcoming space for girls and women of all ages and experience levels to come together, share their enthusiasm for sport, and inspire future generations of female rugby players. Open to participants aged six and above, the day is designed to be accessible both to newcomers and seasoned players.

At the last edition, over 70 women between the ages of seven and 60 came together to discover contact and touch rugby, make new friends, and enjoy the outdoors.

Attendees will enjoy a variety of Touch and Contact Rugby stations, created to introduce more girls and women to the sport in an environment that is both safe and enjoyable.

Rugby Ladies Day further reinforces its mission to bring together players, coaches, and supporters from a wide range of backgrounds. By creating these connections, the event strives to break down barriers, challenge stereotypes, and contribute to a more inclusive and equitable future for rugby.
