Cuban salsa description
Cuban salsa is not just a dance, it is a way of seeing life with festivity.
Cuban salsa is danced in pairs, but it can also be danced alone or practiced with several couples in a circle, called rueda de casino, which will make you change partners.
It is a game between the dancer and her dancer, but also between dancers in general: everyone must prove that they are the best on the floor.
Cuban salsa is a clever mix of several dance styles, such as rumba, cha cha cha, mambo, son...
It has its origins in a fusion of African and Spanish cultures.
This dance, very rhythmic and festive, allows you to maintain and soften the body thanks to its sequences of figures, while sharing emotions with your partner.
Its learning is instinctive and we quickly take great pleasure in it.
