The third weekend of May, nearly 40 museums across Luxembourg will open their doors to you for free!
During the Luxembourg Museum Days, explore the richness and diversity of the Grand Duchy’s museums. Discover fascinating collections, delve into Luxembourg’s museum heritage, and enjoy a special program designed for the whole family.

Workshops and Games

Paint Your Film!
Paint Your Film! is a workshop led by experimental filmmaker Alexandre Alagôa, inviting participants to collaboratively create a collective 16mm analog film. Instead of using cameras, screens, or digital tools, visitors paint directly onto the film strip.

Retrogaming Sessions – Videogaming in the 1990s and Early 2000s
With Yannick Sanitate
Yannick Sanitate collects video game consoles from the 1990s and early 2000s. As part of the Screentime/s exhibition and during Luxembourg Museum Days, he will set up his private “mini-museum” for one weekend at the Casino Luxembourg InfoLab.
Visitors of all ages are invited to (re)discover color and black-and-white screens, cathode ray tube displays, wired consoles, large-screen projections, as well as portable battery-powered and memory card-based games.
