Course Description

Join our weekly lady styling class, specially designed for dancers who want to develop elegance, coordination, and body expression in Caribbean dances.

Open to all levels, this class will guide you through the exploration of feminine movements typical of Cuban, Dominican, and Puerto Rican dances, with a particular focus on posture, body isolations, arm styling, footwork.

The program includes:

Coordination exercises based on Cuban and Dominican rhythms;
