Visually impaired in traffic
Visually impaired in traffic
In collaboration with the Lëtzebuerger Blannevereenegung Foundation, we are organizing an evening event on the theme of “Visually impaired people in traffic.”
Have you ever wondered what it's like to get around without being able to see? Or how to help a blind person cross the street safely?
You can learn all this and much more during a tour organized in partnership with the Lëtzebuerger Blannevereenegung Foundation (limited places: registration required at bissen.lu/emw).
The meeting point is at 5:50 p.m. in the preschool parking lot. You will receive important explanations that you can apply throughout the tour – but also in everyday life. Starting at 6:15 p.m., the guided tours will begin: you will be accompanied to Wonerbatti.
Between 6:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. at Wonerbatti, you will learn how to use a white cane and discover other mobility aids available to blind people.
.
The evening will then end with a friendly get-together over drinks and snacks at Wonerbatti.
We hope you enjoy it!
