FR La Biergerbühn, portée par le collectif Independent Little Lies, est un projet de scène citoyenne ancré dans la durée. Des non-professionnel.le.s et des professionnel.le.s d’âges, de langues et d’horizons différents s’y rencontrent à travers le théâtre. Les metteuses en scène Elsa Rauchs et Claire Wagener vous invitent à assister à une pratique artistique en évolution et en partage qui fait dialoguer des réalités qui sont souvent ségréguées. Dans The Stranger Song, les langues et les perspectives s’entremêlent pour explorer comment « faire société ». Mais aussi comment « faire place ». À l’autre, à tout ce qui résiste en nous, à notre inconsolable besoin d’appartenance. Entre les lignes des traductions, l’intraduisible apparaît. Un théâtre fait de présence pure, de vulnérabilité et de joie qui revendique la force secrète de l’accueil.
EN Biergerbühn is an evolving theatrical project where professional and non-professional performers collaborate. Led by Elsa Rauchs and Claire Wagener of Independent Little Lies, it provides an open platform for individuals of all ages, backgrounds, and languages to meet, train, and create together. As a result, The Stranger Song is a reflection on belonging, estrangement, and the fragile yet profound connections that shape us. It holds both a mirror and a microphone to each participant’s inner world, making room for their individual stories of strangeness in a powerful collective narrative. In a world that often divides, The Stranger Song fosters encounters that transcend differences. On stage, languages intertwine, perspectives collide, and a theatrical language of presence, vulnerability, and joy – one that needs no translation – emerges. The result is a theatre of humanity, where everyone has a place.
DE Das Escher Kollektiv Independent Little Lies hat die Biergerbühn ins Leben gerufen: ein langfristiges partizipatives Projekt, das versucht, zwischen der Theaterszene und der Zivilgesellschaft Brücken zu bauen. Wie kann man unterschiedliche Lebensrealitäten zusammenbringen und in einen Dialog treten lassen? Wie schafft man Freiräume, auf der Bühne, in sich, im Leben? Um Antworten auf diese Fragen zu finden, entwickeln Laien und Profis unterschiedlichen Alters und Hintergrunds gemeinsam Theaterstücke. Dieser Prozess wird sichtbar mit The Stranger Song, ein Stück das Innenwelt und Außenwelt gegen- und füreinander ausspielt und Geschichten von Fremdheit und Zugehörigkeit erkundet.
