Pregnancy (the weight of the baby), childbirth (physically and psychologically), and breastfeeding (opening up) change a woman’s body, particularly the pelvic floor. Giving birth and life with a newborn are new challenges. Especially during this special time, it is important not to always put our own needs last. Yoga allows us to take a deep breath, regain strength, find our own centre again, and bring body and mind into harmony.

Whether you are a beginner or already experienced, our postnatal yoga class is tailored to your needs. The exercises are simple and adapted to address our bodies while also strengthening the pelvic floor and core muscles after childbirth.

Strengthening the pelvic floor also reinforces one’s role as a woman.
