This event aims to raise public awareness of age stereotypes and to combat ageism. It will take the form of a conference to encourage the general public to think about society with the elderly, as one thinks of a garden or vegetable patch with old varieties of seeds, producing fruits, herbs or vegetables that are as good as any others. At the end of the event, participants who so wish will be offered a selection of heirloom aromatic herb seeds.
