The Sauerbuttik in Erpeldange (municipality of Erpeldange-sur-Sûre) is a self-service shop housed in a small wooden hut located on the farm of Philippe Clerf a Marie de Roy. The concept allows customers to purchase agricultural products directly at their place of production.

The hut is situated on the farm premises and operates on a self-service basis. Customers select their products independently and complete the payment on site according to the established system.

The assortment includes farm-produced eggs and dairy products, as well as other regional goods. A small freezer also offers a selection of different ice cream varieties. 

Parking facilities are available near the farm.
