Soil & Soul Sundays // Special residency get-out Listening to the earth with Pablo Diserens
Explore, Create, and Connect with the exhibition Earthbound. Worms, Soil, Decay
Join us every Sunday morning for a vibrant immersion into the world of the exhibition Earthbound. Worms, Soil, Decay. Stroll through our spaces, discover the exhibition at your own pace, and engage in a diverse program of activities designed for all ages: young and old, art enthusiasts, science curious, or ecology passionate.
Creative workshops, guided tours, cross-disciplinary perspectives, yoga sessions, vegetable markets, and flea markets... Each Sunday offers a new way to resonate with the themes of the exhibition: soils, decomposition, earthworms, and our connection to the underground world. A Sunday at Bridderhaus is an opportunity to wander, discover, and enjoy a moment of calm and sharing.
Experience the unique atmosphere of our inner courtyard when the weather permits. It's the perfect spot to relax, sip a coffee, savor a carrot cake, and enjoy a pleasant time with family or friends in a laid-back and friendly ambiance.
Open to all.
All activities are without registration.
10:00 AM – 01:00 PM: Residency Presentation | Pablo Diserens - Listening to the earth
Pablo Diserens will present the work developed during the 3-week residency which will materialize as an installation and/or a performance. The work will weave sound and images taken in the region surrounding the Bridderhaus to imagine the soil as a porous membrane, a transitional space, between emerged and buried zones. Here, ponds and quarries will enter in dialogue with the possible bioturbations and aquifers of the pedosphere.
