Talk

with Lis Hausemer & Edurne Kugeler

In January 1946, the first retrospective of Joseph Kutter took place at the former State Museum. This was the beginning of a series of exhibitions dedicated to the Luxembourg painter over the past decades here at the museum. The National Museum plays a key role in cataloguing Kutter's oeuvre and the history of his reception in Luxembourg. Using archive material from the museum, our archivist Edurne Kugeler and exhibition curator Lis Hausemer will jointly review the history of Kutter's reception and exhibition in the context of the National Museum.

This talk will be in Luxembourgish.
