Climate Sense Experience
Come and experience the extreme conditions of a 50°C heatwave!
An innovative truck, designed to simulate extreme weather conditions, is travelling around Luxembourg to explore and illustrate the impacts of climate change on our daily lives. Through immersive experiences, this vehicle allows participants to directly experience the challenges that lie ahead.
It is an opportunity to raise awareness by allowing people to feel the effects of such temperatures on their bodies, their brains and... on society.
Climate Sense is a project created by the Human Adaptation Institute and conceived by Christian Clot.
30-minute session per group of 10 people followed by a 20-minute debriefing.
Due to the 50°C temperature inside the truck and its effects on the body, this experience is not accessible to:
o Children under 12 years of age
o Teenagers between the ages of 12 and 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
o Pregnant women.
o People taking aspirin.
o People suffering from headaches or nausea at the time of the experiment.
A liability waiver must be signed by each participant.
Please remember to bring a spare T-shirt.
