The peaceful villages of the "Roeserbann", Roeser, Berchem, Bivange, Crauthem, Kockelscheuer, Livange and Peppange lie in a green countryside on the banks of the river Alzette, 10 km south of Luxembourg-City. Numerous walks in the surrounding woods. In Peppange you can learn more about the past in the rural region of Luxembourg in two museums. There is also an annual show jumping tournament in Roeser: the "Réiser Päerdsdeeg".
